Return Policy

If you receive your order and find that is incorrect, damaged, or not as described; you are eligible for a replacement or full refund of the purchase price, including original shipping costs. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to Ghebaly Gallery within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and in the same condition you received it in, including original packaging.

Should you change your mind about a product you purchased, you will still be eligible for a full refund, but original shipping costs will not be refunded, and buyer will also be required to pay return shipping. To receive a refund, you must return your item directly to Ghebaly Gallery within 30 days of the sale date unopened and in the same condition you received it in, including original packaging.

Refunds will be processed with original payment method once Ghebaly Gallery receives the item. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if your item does not arrive and tracking is not provided, the refund will be cancelled.
